Dough Rounder shapes and rolls the dough by means of rotating cone and also adjustable spiral track. The dough is perfectly rounded while moving from bottom to top in the spiral track. The standard spiral track is 3 meters and the dough weight range is from 100 gr. to 1,200 gr. It is also possible to produce 50 gr. to 200 gr. The Machine is also designed and equipped with a flour duster which does not make any noise while working.

 

 

Dough Rounder Mechanism

The conical rounder is a specific type of dough rounder that is ideal for rounding various doughs, especially soft and voluminous doughs, due to its conical design. The dough rounder is equipped with a rotating conical section and an adjustable spiral track that surrounds the cone.

The dough pieces enter the machine and are shaped into perfectly round and uniform balls through a rotational and frictional mechanism. As the dough moves along the spiral path from the bottom to the top of the machine, it is fully rounded and exits from the machine's outlet. The standard distance the dough travels in this spiral is 3 meters, and the weight range of the dough balls is between 100 and 1200 grams.

The dough rounder, also known as a "ball maker," performs a function similar to the traditional method of hand-rounding dough. This machine is placed after the divider and receives the portioned dough from it to perform the forming, rounding, and balling of the dough pieces with high precision, speed, and uniformity. Finally, the dough balls are transferred to the next stage of the baking process for final shaping or resting.
