Portable Sangak Bread Rotary Oven

Portable Rotary Semi – Automatic Bakery Oven with Fully Indirect Heating (IGF) system has been designed and produced for Baking Traditional Sangak Bread.Dough is placed on a baking plate with bumpy surface by Bread Peel. Sangak Dough will be baked with traditional appearance and taste by this Baking Oven. Other advantages of this Oven including high quality of the Baked Breads as well as low fuel consumption of the Oven.

Thermal System In Portable Sangak Bread Oven

Portable Sangak Bread Machin, bakes the Bread via Radiation & Proximity by utilizing IGF System as completely hygienic. The heat is generated in a combustion chamber and results in two sources for supplying required heat. The first heat spreads under the cast iron plates (as bumpy surface) and the second heat is supplied by two special heat exchangers over the Bread, with no burning gases inside the baking environment and no bread pollution. Therefore, the final products (Bread) will be baked via a clean method by this Oven.

Electrical System In Portable Sangak Bread Oven

The electrical control system of the Oven can be provided as two models as the below:
1.Automatic System: All control operations are performed by a PLC system which has been installed in electrical enclosure. The operator can set temperature, motor speed, automatic ON & OFF time and baking timer via HMI touch screen. It’s also possible to select the default program for all kinds of the Breads.Data storage, connecting the Oven to the computer systems for remote control and other options are possible according to the customer requirements.
2. Mechanic System: Heat is regulated by the thermostat and control switches can be set by the operator.
This Oven can be produced in two models: Single Phase & Three Phase.
