Confectionery Rack Oven is designed especially for baking kinds of Pastries, Cakes, Cookies, Semi-Massive & Massive Breads by means of Completely Indirect Heat System.
Rack Oven can be provided as two models: with / without Steam System as per the needs. Recommended for Industrial Kitchens, Catering, Bread or Pastry Shops.For Baking process, the products are transferred to the Baking Chamber by means of Dough Trolley; hot air reach equally to all products that obtains uniform baking.

Thermal System :

Rack Oven operated with Indirect Heat System that leads to Healthy Baking by means of heat exchanger and centrifugal fan circulate in order to supply required heat and equal heating circulation. The special thermal system that is designed for Rack Oven has the best function in low energy consumption, high efficiency and baking results.

Electrical System:

The electrical control system of Confectionery Rack Oven can be provided as two models as the below details:
1. Automatic System: All control operations are performed by a PLC system which has been installed in electrical enclosure. The operator can set temperature, motor speed, automatic ON & OFF time and baking timer via HMI touch screen. It’s also possible to select the default program for all kinds of the Breads. Data storage, connecting the Oven to the computer systems for remote control and other options are possible as per the needs.
2. Mechanic System: Heat is regulated by the thermostat and control switches can be set by the operator.
